Disrupting status quo; collaborating with the new owners of M&C Saatchi Direct Digital to relook at how their new identity could impact perception and new business opportunities; an external brand and design consultant’s view that led to a name and positioning rethink for this Digital & Marketing Services company.
The new management approached us to design their new brand Identity. The name they had chosen and its reason for being didn’t quite reflect the company’s strengths, its differentiated service or position in the market. So we requested them to spend some time with our team on a clearer and more focused articulation.
The collaborative process of putting together this document helped clarify the brand’s direction and core proposition based on its vision, values and key differentiators.
A result driven direct communication specialist, its new name, brand mark and narrative needed to communicate it as a flexible, tactical and transformative partner.
